• We will handle the return pick-up and provide you with prepaid return shipping labels. However, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, which we will deduct from the refund.
• We will inform you of the shipping cost before processing your return. You can decide whether to ship your return using our carrier-negotiated rate or on your own.
• We will deduct a maximum restocking fee of up to 10% from your refund. Still, we can waive the fee if you purchase substitute products of equal or greater value.
• All sample orders, including swatches and single whole sheets, are considered final sales and non-refundable.
• We do not accept returned products with missing parts or broken pieces.
