To Return an Order:

1 - Login to your account. If you checkout as a guest, reset your password by entering the email used to complete the order you want to return.
2 - View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu.
3 - Click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. 

  • We will give a full refund or quick replacement and have the return shipping cost covered by us if you receive defective/broken or incorrect items; (not including sample swatches)
  • You may return any new, unused items within 30 days from the date we ship your order for a refund minus shipping cost spent to send the material to you, even if you were qualified for free shipping when you placed the order;
  • You must inspect the goods upon receipt, so we have enough time to correct any problem. Claims of defective material will not be accepted after 30 days;
  • The return shipping cost is customer's responsibility if there is nothing wrong with the product(s) or order;
  • Your refund will include the price of the products and any taxes. Your credit will appear after Mineral Tiles has received and processed your returned item(s) through our return procedure;
  • You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request;
  • We do not accept claims for labor caused by the installation of defective or wrong tiles. You must inspect your tiles prior to the installation.
  • We do not accept returns of sample swatches under any circumstance. Sample swatches are final sales to help customers make their choices.
  • We do not accept returns of setting materials such as Grout under any circumstance. These items are final sales.
  • In case the customer fails to return the tiles within the 30 return policy even after the request has been authorized Mineral Tiles will not be able to accept your return. 
  • The pictures online are from the actual materials, however shade variations may occur as well as some of the tiles' dimensions may be advertised with nominal sizes (please check under product's specs or email at info@mineraltiles.com). In case the customer did not order a sample swatch before placing the regular order of tiles, Mineral Tiles will not be responsible for returns or exchanges costs. 
  • Mineral Tiles will not be responsible for shade variation between two different orders. We promise only to ship the same shade/dye-lot per a single order. Customers must let us know if ordering the same material to match a previous order. Tiles are subject to shade variation and we might no longer have the same dye-lot as the previous order.

Returns must be shipped to the address listed below unless you've been instructed by Mineral Tiles to ship to a different address:
