If you install tiles without grout, you may face some issues. If the tiles are not identical, they will appear misaligned; water, moisture, and dirt can get beneath the tiles and cause damage to them at some point. Last but not least, natural movement can eventually breakage the tiles. The primary function of the grout is to protect the underneath of the tiles and to create an expansion movement joint to allow the tiles of the tiles to expand and contract. Rather than trying to do a groutless installation, use a rectified tile, which helps to achieve thinner grout lines such as 1/16'' or even a 1/32''. Combined with a color grout as close as possible to the tile, you can achieve a seamless installation.
