1) Yes it can.
2) No we don't
3) I think cutting the field tiles in curve is hard. The only way I can imagine doing this, it would using a water jet machine, which is not something contractors have it.
4) Bostik Urethane Diamond Grout
5) Either the cobalt or pale blue, but I would definitely order a sample of each and put against the sparkling blue to see which you like best.
