You may use a glass nipper to cut the glass, but not stone. It is available at either one stores. Instead of cutting the stone, switch by a piece of glass.
Is there a cutter that will cut through glass and stone that you can buy at Home Depot or lowes? It looks like this tile has some stone on parts of it that may need to be cut.
