I really love this tile and will buy it but I just need a couple of other questions answered - since this tile is semi-transparent, what color base adhesive and grout will you be recommending for installation? Also, I will be installing it as my backsplash and it will be behind my cooktop - I am concerned about keeping the tile and the grout clean and free of grease. Any special tips?

This video shows a similar item (the only difference is the mounting material, which in their case was paper) being installed by a professional. it is very helpful. You may install it behind the cooktop. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GOsEH...
Look for a premium urethane grout such as bostik diamond. It will reflect the color of the tile.
