They are glass tiles with a few copper ones and a few dull ones mixed in. For the most part they are shiney, which we absolutely love. They look expensive and upscale. It looks beautiful up! I don't think you would be disappointed...everyone loves ours! It's a dramatic change for an awesome price! Super easy to do as well...we had never done tile before and ours came out perfect!
